In this cityscape digital matte painting, I envisioned what desalination plants might look like on the city coastlines of the future. The base plate and other images I used to create this digital matte panting came from MattePaint.com (https://mattepaint.com/r/c3af48877ce3938e). I created this as part of David Luong's CGMA Introduction to Digital Matte Painting workshop.

This matte painting was updated in May 2019 based on feedback I received.
